Non-Audit Services
The group’s revised policy on non-audit services provides guidelines on dealing with audit, audit-related, tax and other non-audit services that may be provided by Naspers’s independent auditor to group entities. It also sets out services that may not be performed by the independent auditor. The audit committee preapproves audit and non-audit services to ensure these do not impair the auditor’s independence and comply with legislation.
